The header was taken from Utusan malaysia....I was wondering what does the salah guna permit means?.....Any one?....I believe the govt officer will take this as a opportunity to "Alibabakan" the permit as it is the usual practice or shall I say the usual idiot and greedy mentality that is berakar umbi since merdeka...
